These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of HookAds.ai ("HookAds," "we," "us") and everything on it — free resources, tools, content, and paid products. By using the site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Using the site

You may use HookAds for your own lawful marketing and business purposes. You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy, or republish our content at scale, or resell it as your own product.
• Abuse the free tools (for example automated or high-volume requests designed to overload them).
• Attempt to break, probe, or circumvent the security of the site or its usage limits.
• Use the site or its outputs to create anything unlawful, deceptive, or infringing.

Free resources and tools

Our free hooks, swipe files, prompts, guides, and AI tools are provided "as is" to help you make better ads. Free AI tools may be rate-limited or gated behind an email signup. Outputs are generated automatically and may contain errors — you are responsible for reviewing anything before you publish or run it as an ad. We do not guarantee any particular marketing result.

Purchases

Paid products (such as prompt packs and playbooks) are sold through our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy, who acts as merchant of record. Prices are shown in your local currency where supported. When you buy a digital product you get a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own business. You may not redistribute, resell, or share the files.

Refunds

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are generally final. If a product is faulty or not as described, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will make it right, which may include a replacement or a refund at our discretion.

Intellectual property

All content on HookAds — text, designs, illustrations, code, and the brand — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. The hook frameworks and example copy on our free pages are free for you to adapt and use in your own ads; you may not repackage the library itself as a competing product.

Third-party links and platforms

The site references and links to third-party platforms (such as Meta, Instagram, and YouTube). We are not affiliated with or endorsed by them, and we are not responsible for their content or policies. Names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

HookAds is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, and nothing here is a guarantee of performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or its outputs.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
